Communication Consent

I agree that S.O.S. Loans, Inc. (“SOS”) and any of its affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees may:

• Monitor and record telephone calls regarding my account to assure the quality of our service or for other reasons;
• Call or text me at any telephone number I provide that is associated with my accounts, including cellular telephone numbers, and may send an e-mail to any email address I provide associated with my accounts;
• Include my personal information in a Communication and may conduct a Communication using an Automatic telephone dialing system;

• Call me, leave me a voice, pre-recorded, or artificial voice message, or send me a text , e -mail, or other electronic message for any purpose related to the servicing and collection of my accounts with “SOS”. My consent will continue to be effective for as long as I have accounts with “SOS”, unless I revoke it in writing;

• Always communicate with me in any manner permissible by law that does not require my prior consent.

I agree that SOS will not charge me for a Communication, but my service provider may.
