You authorize S.O.S. Loans, Inc. to contact you using any communication method permitted by law, including:
Live Telephone Calls: Direct calls from our loan officers, processors, or customer support staff.
Automated Systems: Automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS) and automatic texting platforms.
Voice Technology: Pre-recorded voice messages, artificial voice systems, and ringless voicemails.
Text Messages (SMS/MMS): Short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) text messages.
Electronic Mail: Emails sent to the address(es) provided during intake or servicing.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular service carrier and mobile plan terms. S.O.S. Loans, Inc. is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges resulting from SMS text notifications or voice calls. Message frequency varies based on loan application milestones, document requests, and servicing activity.
5. Consent Not Required as a Condition of Credit
YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE AUTOMATED MARKETING CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY PROPERTY, GOODS, OR SERVICES, NOR IS IT REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR OR OBTAIN A LOAN FROM S.O.S. 6. Representations & Accuracy of Contact Information
You represent and warrant that:
You are the authorized subscriber, primary account holder, or customary user of the telephone number(s) and email address(es) submitted.
You have legal authority to provide consent to receive communications at each number and address provided.
You agree to notify S.O.S. Loans, Inc. immediately if you change, transfer, or relinquish any telephone number or email address provided during the intake process.
7. Call Recording and Quality Monitoring
To ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, customer service standards, and operational security, you acknowledge and agree that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with S.O.S. Loans, Inc. and its authorized representatives may be monitored and recorded without further notice, in accordance with California law.
8. Revocation of Consent / Opt-Out Instructions
You may revoke your consent to receive SMS text messages or automated telephone communications at any time through any reasonable means:
